Verona and its beauties, its historic and vibrant heart, built with ancient architectures that have been progressively rediscovered and enhanced through restoration interventions and improvements. Like this restyling, with its extension, created for a family longing for a larger and more functional home, one that brings a breath of fresh air and color without altering or distorting its history.

On the edge of the legendary Arena, the decision was made to bring together the beauties of two important realities: the past and the present, with touches of design and Art Deco variations, in a balanced blend of shapes and colors that satisfy the eye and beautify everyday life. Innovation in volumes, which have doubled compared to the pre-existing space.
We transformed the living area into an open space, equipped with a large, high-tech kitchen that communicates with the dining and living areas.
The restyling made it possible to create two relaxation areas: one opens onto the entrance, while the other leads to the living area through a corridor characterized by a reflective glass wall that visually enlarges the space, serving as a bridge between the pre-existing section and the new extension.

The lighting was specially designed to create atmospheres that change depending on the areas, highlighting the architectural lines, the spectacular wallpapers, and the natural shine of the marble floors.

In the sleeping area, the same elegant and refined atmosphere prevails. This area, more intimate and cozy, is warmed by parquet flooring and bespoke furniture that enhances the entire home, striking a perfect balance between yesterday’s history and the freshness of modernity.
